How do I know which plan I need?
Count your current monthly calls or start with Connect. Most small businesses find 100 calls plenty to begin with.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! Upgrade instantly, or downgrade at your next billing cycle. Perfect for seasonal businesses.
What counts as a "call"?
Any incoming call that TalkTui answers. Very short calls under 30 seconds (like wrong numbers) don't count towards your limit.
What happens if I exceed my call limit?
Don't worry! We'll never cut you off mid-call. We'll contact you about upgrading to the next tier, and any overage is billed at just $0.50 per additional call.
How do I track my usage?
You'll receive weekly email reports showing your calls used and remaining balance.
How quickly can I get started?
Most businesses are up and running within 15 minutes. Simply sign up, train TalkTui about your business, and forward your calls.
Do I need any special equipment?
No! TalkTui works with your existing phone number. Just set up call forwarding to redirect calls to TalkTui when you need us to answer.
