1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TalkTui's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Service Description

TalkTui provides an AI-powered call answering service that handles incoming calls on behalf of businesses. We provide call summaries and manage customer interactions according to your specifications.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Payments

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit harmful or malicious code
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Impersonate others or provide false information

6. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We may suspend service for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

TalkTui shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our service. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
